Case Study – Enterprise Culture
Working with the directors of Group IT, we designed communications materials more to increase stakeholder engagement with the Enterprise solution and improve the adoption of specific collaborative behaviours. Change agency training was also delivered to support a relationship management approach to service delivery.
Case Study – Culture Change
Working with Sony for over 10 years and supporting every aspect of their business transformation with a broad range of OD interventions. Sponsored by the CEO and HRD, the change programme was delivered in 18 countries and 10 languages. The programme became self-funding in terms of the new business solutions created as a result of cross-functional dialogue and innovation.
Case Study – Global Collaboration
A global programme to shift behaviour from silo to cross-functional working more. Annie led the research and design of a L&D solution to create new management competencies that would encourage innovation. An e-learning platform was created to deliver content to a global population.
Case Study – Customer Service
Delivered it to 6 national police forces, including the Surrey police more. The three main elements of the programme were: research into workforce modernisation, senior officer leadership development and dialogue and action learning sessions for thousands of officers and staff to take service principles into daily actions. This programme increased satisfaction scores across a number or metrics.
